Yoga

Namaste, Aiguille climbers! Extend your workout and your reach with one of Aiguille's yoga classes. You will surely find a class that fits your needs, whether you want to increase flexibility, reduce stress, or feel healthier and stronger. All Yoga classes are free for members and only $12 for non-members. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before class, as space is limited. Aiguille has yoga mats you can borrow.

Monday
Smooth Flow
Hatha 1

Come to the mat for a fluid flow and explore base foundations of shapes. Building a little bit of heat in the body and then transition into an integrative portion of the practice. Join in to start off your week with good intentions, a slower pace of flow and create connection within.

Wednesday
Power and Strength
Hatha 2/Vinyasa

Come to the mat to build the fire within. Bring the practice with connection to self and focus on pranayama (breath), then move into a space of play by testing the boundaries and moving swiftly through flow. Enjoy this energizing fast paced class in the middle of your week and let go of all of the inner stirrings that bring you down.

Friday
Movement and Breath
Hatha 1

Come find a blissful evening of connection with the self, a blend of gentle Hatha 1 Asana (postures) and Pranayama (breathing techniques.) Whether you're a seasoned yogi or stepping onto the mat for the first time, this class is a welcoming space for all.
