Enhance your climb with yoga at Aiguille. Boost your flexibility, reduce stress, and strengthen your body with Aiguille’s yoga classes, which are perfect for climbers looking to extend their workout. Whether you aim to improve mobility or simply relax, we offer courses to meet your goals. Our sessions are free for members and only $12 for non-members. Be sure to arrive 15 minutes early, as space is limited. Mats are available to borrow so you can focus on your flow!

Hatha 1

Start your week with a mindful yoga flow. Join us on the mat for a balanced yoga session that combines foundational poses with fluid movement. Begin by building gentle heat in the body, then ease into a restorative practice that promotes inner connection and intention. Perfect for setting a positive tone for the week, this slower-paced class helps you explore mindful movement and cultivate relaxation. All levels are welcome!

Hatha 2/Vinyasa

This invigorating practice helps release stress and negative energy, leaving you feeling refreshed and empowered. Perfect for recharging in the middle of your week.
