Namaste, Aiguille climbers! Extend your workout and your reach with one of Aiguille's yoga classes. You are sure to find a class that fits your personal needs whether you want to increase flexibility, reduce stress, or to feel healthier and stronger. All Yoga classes are free for members and only $12 a class for non-members. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your class as space is limited. Aiguille has yoga mats you can borrow.

Kiah Kline 5 years experience
Join Kiah in reconnecting flow and movement with your breath. With focus on pranayama (mindful breathing) and intentional movements, this class will guide you through asanas and flow to discover balance, strength and inner stillness. All levels are welcome.

Heather Suarez 1 year experience
Heather is certified in Precision Alignment Yoga and teaches a flow focused on strength and alignment. She was drawn to yoga as a moving meditation, bringing calm to the mind, strength and freedom to the body. She loves to share her practice and hopes to help students translate yoga into their daily lives to prevent injury and find peace of mind.

Arjun Dhingra 9 years experience
Arjun has been teaching yoga since 2011. He offers an invigorating flow of familiar, yet challenging poses designed to help build flexibility and strength. Using the breathe as a tool to connect mind, body, and spirit, Arjun likes to explore arm balances, core work, and deep stretches. He hopes you leave your mat feeling calmer and stronger than when you stepped on.
